We are a small, family-owned business with a respected history of over 25 years. Our team consists of highly qualified and committed professionals, each an expert in their individual fields. Ian Coker

Director & Project Manager
Ian commenced his professional journey in natural resources engineering and has since contributed to several prominent projects both in the UK and internationally. Noteworthy examples of his work include:
- The creation of an aerial camera mount system successfully implemented in South America, specifically in Bolivia and Guyana.
- The development of innovative technology for recording experimental data associated with bulk solids handling test equipment in Scotland.
In his role, Ian thoroughly engages with clients to ascertain project requirements, meticulously plans and oversees project execution, coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors, and designs key components. Additionally, he is responsible for assembling and testing prototypes, as well as compiling detailed project reports that ensure clarity and comprehensive documentation.

Doris Coker
Textiles Product Development
Doris, Ian's spouse, has been an integral part of the founding team from the very beginning. Initially taking on the role of company secretary, she managed client data with great diligence, ensuring that every detail was meticulously organised and accessible. Her dedication and attention to detail laid the groundwork for the successful operations of the company, contributing significantly to its early development.
As the business has expanded, Doris has transitioned from her administrative role to focus on product development. Drawing on her extensive expertise specifically in textiles, she has become a driving force behind all projects involving textiles. Fostering collaboration within the team and guiding projects from inception to launch. Her deep understanding of client needs and industry trends has enabled her to create products that not only meet market demands but also enhance customer satisfaction.

Silas Coker
IT Specialist
Silas is a highly skilled computer programmer with proficiency in various languages, including Python, C, and Haskell.
He developed our proprietary patent searching software, significantly enhancing our operational efficiency through tailored programming solutions. A notable instance of his contribution includes the creation of an automated script that allows for the labelling and insertion of multiple images into project reports. This innovation has resulted in considerable time and cost savings, benefits that we are pleased to pass on to our clients.
Several years ago, Silas successfully transitioned our systems from Microsoft Windows to Linux Ubuntu. This operating system offers enhanced security against cyber threats, and he has implemented numerous backup and security measures to safeguard our data effectively. In addition to his technical expertise, Silas is fluent in Russian, German, and English, and has a working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese and French. His diverse skill set adds significant value to our team's capabilities.
